Beautiful sculpture on a female head that has the ability of a hat stand but is almost too good looking for that purpose. The piece has been glazed with a light blue drip glaze an also has a sandy structure in places. Great calm look and a real conversation art piece in the room. Probabaly a one off by a very skilled ceramic artist and made around 1980. The nose bone inside the nose has cracked during the making (baking) of the piece, but is barely/not visible when standing.
