This black vase with blue/grey specks is a bit of a mystery. At first glance this is a typical 1980s postmodern / Memphis Milano style vase. However, it also resembles work from ceramists like Jan van der Vaart and Cari Zalloni and is fully marked and dated (mark + 3-5-'67), so it could also be from the 1960s. Unfortunately we're not sure and can't read the mark or find any more of these vessels. It does look great in any modernist interior and is a great conversation piece!
