For us, Guido Gambone is the ultimate Mid-Century potter from Italy. Whenever we find one of his one-of-a-kind-pieces we feel extremely lucky. Like this incredible lidded box with beautiful glazing and geomatric patterns. Striking reds and blues and signed all over. We didn't need the donkey mark on the bottom but it is there. A little work of abstract art. Some residue inside as you can see, but in otherwise perfect condition,
