This chair was designed by Gerrit Thomas Rietveld in 1920, original pieces are extremely rare. This item was probably made by a carpenter at Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam in the early 1970s for the ‘G. Rietveld. Architect’ exhibition.

Some other copies were made by Gerard van de Groenekan who worked for Rietveld as his main carpenter. The original Kids Chair by Rietveld has been lost unfortunately.
